Meet Schedule

Here is the revised schedule for Meet 2 which we are using for this week. Again we have replaced the 4x800 with the 1600, which will most likely be run combined boys and girls to save time.

March 27th Meet Cancelled

The track meet for Sunday March 27th has been cancelled due to forecast of near freezing temperatures.  Once a decision has been made on the events to be run at the next meet a time schedule will be posted online.

Jenkintown Running Co Spike Night!

On Wednesday March 16^th, the Jenkintown Running Co.  (next to the Wachovia building on Old York Road) will be having their 2^nd Outdoor Track Spike Night.  Prices will be discounted up to 20% on some items for team members.  Many of these guys are former teammates of mine at Saint Joseph’s University; they definitely know what they are selling!

While CYO track allows spikes, LaSalle High School does not. You cannot wear spikes, or shoes that accept spikes, at LaSalle High School for our practice meets. You can wear them at Penn Relays, Region 10, Area E and Archdiocesan Champs. You can still get great deals on running shoes, shorts, tops, etc. at Spike Night.
