On Wednesday March 16th, the Jenkintown Running Co. (next to the Wachovia building on Old York Road) will be having their 2nd Outdoor Track Spike Night. Prices will be discounted up to 20% on some items for team members. Many of these guys are former teammates of mine at Saint Joseph’s University; they definitely know what they are selling!
While CYO track allows spikes, LaSalle High School does not. You cannot wear spikes, or shoes that accept spikes, at LaSalle High School for our practice meets. You can wear them at Penn Relays, Region 10, Area E and Archdiocesan Champs. You can still get great deals on running shoes, shorts, tops, etc. at Spike Night.
