The preseason cross country meeting will be Sunday, August 21st, 7pm, in the Saint Anastasia (Newtown Square) Cafeteria.
Every parish/team competing should send a representative to the meeting. There are rule changes being made from previous years that every team will need to know and abide by.
Fees, dates, team duties, rules, and eligibility will be discussed at the meeting. If you have any specific questions, this would be the time to ask them!

2011 Archdiocesan Champs
Congratulations to all the Region 10 Athletes who competed at Archdiocesan Champs!
Special recognition for Chris Stone from Holy Martyrs who broke the Archdiocesan Record in the CB HJ at 6'2"! and St Gen's who finished 3rd overall in the boys.

2011 Area E Champs
Congratulations to St Gen's boys team on winning the overall boys title at Area E Champs!
Congrats also to Immaculate Conception's girls team, who finished 2nd!
During the meet, Region 10 Athletes set 4 new Area records -

Despite a terrible day technically and weather wise, we all got through the meet! We had some tremendous performances, including a number of record setters. Check out the updated records list.
Congratulations to St. Gen's, the boy's Champions, and Immaculate the girl's Champions.
One note: All of the 200 and 4x200 times are hand times because of timing difficulties.

Weather Issues
Don't worry about the weather folks, we're going to run Rain or Shine. We will have a lightening meter on site to detect thunder/lightening before it gets too close. The meet will halt for a period of time after a lightening threat has been detected and resumed once it has been verified to moved out of the area!
