We have rescheduled Sunday's meet to Wednesday at 5:30pm. When arriving, please be mindful that LaSalle may still be practicing. No region 10 athletes should go onto the track until LaSalle's practice is ended.
We will have a full snack stand, including hot dogs, so please support Region 10 track and field!

2014 Region 10 Meet Schedules

Region 10 Champs are preliminarily scheduled for Sunday, May 4th at Upper Dublin.
Congratulations to Region 10 alum Chris Stone, a 2011 graduate from Holy Martyrs who was the 2014 Pennsylvania Track and Field Coaches Association Indoor State Champion in the Pole Vault (15'0") and High Jump (6'8"). Chris still hold the Archdiocesan Cadet Boys High Jump record of 6'2".

2013 Results
Here are the results from today's meet.
Congratulation to St. Genevieve on their Boy's and Girl's Championships.

I have updated the record's file to the right.
There were 3 instances where times were not recognized as records during the meet because the old record was slightly faster but was a hand time. The standard conversion from a hand time to an automatic timing system (which we were using for today's meet) is + .24.
Novice Girls 800 - Old Record - C. Magarity - St. John - 2:34.50 + .24 = 2:34.74. (2002) New Record - Ryan Good - IC - 2:34.52.
Cadet Girls 200 - Old Record - Annelise Depman - IC - 27.53 + .24 = 27.77. (2011) New Record - Camryn Gold - IC - 27.54
Cadet Boys 200 - Old Record - Christian D'Andrea - St. Genevieve - 24.94 + .24 = 25.18. (2011) New Record - Alex Sislo - OMC - 25.07
